Lavender oil- If you only use one essential oil, this is it! Lavender (lavandula
angustifolia) is the most versatile of all essential oils. Most commonly known for its relaxing
effects on the body, therapeutic-grade lavender has been highly regarded for the skin. It may
be used to cleanse cuts, bruises and skin irritations

Frankincense oil- Anti-Aging and Wrinkle Fighter. Frankincense essential oil is a powerful
astringent, meaning it helps protect skin cells. It can be used to help reduce acne blemishes,
the appearance of large pores, prevent wrinkles, and it even helps lift and tighten skin to
naturally slow signs of ageing.

Berganont oil- Bergamot is a natural cleanser, so adding it to any skin care formula helps
remove dirt and impurities—no need for potentially dangerous, chemical preservatives. In
addition, this oil is great for those with oily skin, as it helps to unclog pores. Bergamot has an
added property of helping to balance oily skin. Bergamot combines easily with other essential
oils, making it a no-brainer for natural skin care formulas, especially because of its refreshing
scent.

Chamomille- Chamomile tea helps fade spots, eliminate acne scars and fight breakouts, if
used topically, due to its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Chamomile tea is a
powerhouse of antioxidants and protects the skin from free-radical damage

Rosehip oil- Rosehip oil is harvested from the seeds of rose bushes predominately grown in
Chile, and is full of vitamins, antioxidants and essential fatty acids that are known to correct
dark spots and hydrate dry, itchy skin, all while reducing scars and fine lines

Argan oil – Argan oil contains a high level of fatty acids, in fact, it is comprised of roughly
80% fatty acids which work wonders to erase signs of premature ageing. That’s why
Moroccans have famously used it for preventing premature ageing and its signs, such as
crows feet and wrinkles. Regular use of Argan oil has been proven to reduce the depth and
severity of wrinkles, as well as to fade age spots by restoring skin’s youthful elasticity and by
increasing the regenerative rate of healthy skin cells.

How to use: For mature skin, apply onto clean and dry skin every evening, 2 drops or 2 sprays is enough and there’s no need for night cream after. Avoid eye contact.
