MARRELLE CLINIC – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Consultation & Personal Data

All patients attending Marrelle Clinic will have a consultation with Dr Ivona M Paravić.

During your consultation, you will be asked to provide personal information including your full name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth. This information is required to create and maintain accurate medical records.

All personal data is treated as strictly confidential and protected in accordance with UK Data Protection and GDPR legislation. Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical documentation. You will always be asked separately for consent if images are to be used for education, marketing or social media. If consent is not provided, photographs will remain securely stored in your confidential electronic medical record.

  1. Booking & Deposits

Appointments can be booked:

A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

If treatment does not proceed for any reason, the £100 consultation fee is non-refundable.

Treatments are usually not performed on the same day as the consultation, in line with GMC guidance and to allow an appropriate cooling-off period. In selected cases (for example, returning patients or where clinically appropriate), treatment may be carried out on the same day.

  1. Payments

We accept major UK debit and credit cards.

Please note:

  • Some non-UK or foreign cards may incur a non-refundable processing fee charged by the card provider.
  • We do not accept American Express, Diners Club or cheques.

Patients are charged only for treatments received.

  1. Cancellations & Non-Attendance

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: the £100 deposit may be transferred to a future booking.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to attend: the £100 deposit is non-refundable.
  • If a treatment appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, 50% of the treatment cost may be charged.

If your appointment is cancelled by Dr Ivona M Paravić, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

We cannot guarantee same-week availability when rescheduling. All appointments are subject to availability.

  1. Refusal of Treatment

Marrelle Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment where Dr Ivona M Paravić considers it clinically inappropriate or unsafe. The clinician’s decision is final.

In such cases, consultation fees and deposits remain non-refundable.

We do not provide treatments to anyone under the age of 18.

  1. Medical History & Consent

All patients must:

  • Complete a medical history form prior to treatment
  • Sign a consent form each time a treatment is performed

It is the patient’s responsibility to inform Dr Ivona M Paravić of any changes to medical history, medications, allergies or pregnancy status.

Aftercare instructions will always be provided following treatment.

  1. Complications & Aftercare

All treatments carry some degree of risk, which will be explained during consultation and consent.

Complications are rare. In the unlikely event of a complication, Marrelle Clinic is trained in complication management and will arrange urgent review if required. In some cases, treatment may take place at an alternative clinic location or referral to hospital care may be necessary.

Please note that cosmetic treatments may not be covered by private medical insurance.

  1. Children in Clinic

Our clinic environment is not designed for children. We kindly ask that children are not brought to appointments where possible.

If unavoidable, another responsible adult must attend to supervise the child.
Children are not permitted in treatment rooms and must not be left unattended anywhere in the clinic.

  1. Acts of God

Marrelle Clinic does not issue refunds for Acts of God, defined as events beyond human control such as severe weather, flooding, snow or natural disasters.

If the clinic must close due to such events, Marrelle Clinic is not liable for any resulting losses. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer an alternative appointment date.
